We had a week's stay there over New Year's Eve and we had an amazing time. It's a relatively small hotel and adult only, which was perfect for us. The staff were especially amazing, such a good service ! Special thanks to Nader , a supervisor at the restaurant. Mohamed who was our waiter most days including NYE gala dinner. Emam at reception and Danielle who sorted our room out. We highly recommend this place!

Some reviews are so easy to write and this is one of them ... The service is excellent from walking on day one until you leave the staff are fantastic...they go way above and beyond to make sure your 100% happy. The rooms (we were in 221) are nice and spacious and cleaned every day. The restaurant caters for everything you could want and if you wanted something made for you just ask... honestly we very impressed.... The White party and entertainment was brilliant. It was quite simply and amazing holiday, they think of everything even to a guy cleaning your sunglasses... If I could award 10 stars I would .... Needless to say we are going back next year. Thankyou TUI and a massive thanks to the staff at The Makadi Gardens to an exceptional experience 🙏🙏🙏

We (couple aged 38yrs & 45yrs) have just returned from our first visit to this resort and would definitely return back. The hotel itself, is quite small (which we liked) as it wasn’t overcrowded. There was some stipulation of issues with getting a sun bed, but we never had a problem. The grounds are immaculate and constantly looked after and serviced by staff, spotless clean. Our room was a standard size, clean and well presented. There is a safe (free to use), a kettle which is replenished with coffee, various types of tea, sugars and coffee mate, a smart tv and the most comfiest bed ever! We both slept incredibly well. Our room was cleaned everyday by a very high standard. There is a mini fridge which is stocked with soft drinks, water, alcohol. There is also a selection of crisps, nuts and biscuits, however these you have to pay for and they aren’t cheap. A single miniature bottle of wine is 12euros, which I feel is far too much when you can get it for free when visiting the all inclusive bar at the hotel. There is a lovely small gym at the hotel which I used regularly. The gym had good modern equipment, again very clean. There is fruit and bottles of water in the fridge, also towels you can use. The staff at this resort are what make this resort so amazing. All staff are super friendly and go that one step and beyond for you, they are very accommodating. It is the ideal holiday to chill and relax where all aspects are covered - pool staff help put your towels on bed and move sun beds to where you want, drinks are served to you round the pool, there is cocktail of the day on the pool serving trolley, snacks hand delivered by the chef round the pool, even sunglass cleaning is offered. We were lucky enough to even have a visit from Santa round the pool on Christmas Eve. The pool area is tranquil and very quiet, there is no music which I understand others may not like. I was happy enough with my earphones, but this is a factor to think about if you want a pool that plays music. The food and drink were lovely here, with plenty of options to accommodate all. All alcohol is local brands with a huge cocktail list. The only downside was there was no coconut liqueur rum (local equivalent to Malibu rum). We would certainly recommend this hotel to others and will definitely look to be visiting again soon. Thank you to the hotel and all the staff who work so exceptionally hard putting in 110% effort always.
